About Metaphase

Dr. Palaty has over 16 years experience in scientific research and project management. She received her PhD from the Faculty of Experimental Medicine at the University of British Columbia. After completing post-doctoral research at the University of Toronto and at Toronto’s Hospital for Sick Children, she returned to Vancouver and held managerial positions in not-for-profit and industry organizations. Dr. Palaty founded Metaphase Health Research Consulting in 2007 to provide consulting services specifically to health research organizations and works closely with physicians, scientists, project managers, patients and community representatives.  She welcomes all service-related enquiries.
