     I have a background in electronics, mechanics, power engineering, operating, running a union, supervising, IT, designing computer programs, process specialist, scheduling, inventory control and an aptitude to analyze problems and come up with solutions.   I have worked my way from the bottom to the top in manufacturing. As a result, I have a clear understanding of most jobs.

     I know how each person is affected by their positions and how they react to situations.I know people tend to do what they like to do, and most people like to do things they do well. Further, most people want to do a good job. If we examine what employees like about their job, and if we can fine-tune their jobs to build on these likes, we will be able to help them improve their performance.  

     I have a proven record of cost cutting and product improvement without the layout of large sums of money. I have created numerous computer programs to analyze and assist in operations. Where needed, I have invented new equipment to optimize the processes. Too many consultants try to fit you into their system; I fit my system into yours. Let me partner my experience with your experience to optimize your processes.    

     I use a Holistic approach to solving Manufacturing problems. I work from inventory through production to sales. I start with the customer and work backwards; improving processes and communication. Each department in the company is also a supplier as well as a customer. We move down the ladder until all customers are satisfied with their suppliers.   I work with you and your employees to streamline processes and introduce procedures that "We" help to develop. Notice I said "We". Systems only work if everyone buys into it; everyone needs to own it for it to work. I use what you know, for who knows your business more, and take what I know, 35 years experience, and fit them together.
