Mike Walmsley is the president and owner of Cobalt Hospitality Consulting.  With 30 years of food and beverage industry experience combined with several years teaching hospitality management, Mike is uniquely qualified. He has worked from coast to coast with both major hotel chains and independent operations. He has management experience in Accounting, Purchasing, Food and Beverage Cost Control, Bar Management.  Mike also brings you international experience from his career as an instructor and trainer.
