Jivi Khehra is an Organizational Development Consultant that facilitate collaborative solutions to complex organizational challenges. We specialize in Leadership issues, Team Building, Change Mangement, Executive coaching, and management consulting. Jivi has a passion for inspirational speaking and has presented to large and small groups on various topics ranging from, Leadership, Change Management, Primary Care and Team Dynamics. We have developed and delivered workshops to large and small groups in various healthcare related topics (Primary Care) as well as developed training programs for Physicians. We specialize in activity based learning and creating fun in the workplace.  we have worked within the public and private sector doing consulting and coaching work in various capacities. Jivi Khehra brings with her an MBA specializing in Leadership at Royal Roads University She is also currently completing her Conflict Resolution Certificate program at the Justice Institute. She is looking forward to completing her PH.D program in Organizational Behavior. Her passion is coaching individuals towards personal success and creating value legacies that people leave for generations to come.
